Site of the Month

I would have created another module for this but, thought, why? I mean if I am gonna do a site of the month type thing I should at least explain the site a little. For the month of April, the site of the month is:

My Pet Skeleton

Ok so what's so great about this site you ask? In short the use of flash and web design on this site, I have ALWAYS found to be refreshing. Essentially this site is what you get when you blend a web coder and artist. In general the site is just selling artwork and promoting one or two other things but, the design is what will get you. The effects and the way in which they are implemented are fantastic. If your bored or curious, or whatever, check out this site by clicking on the link above. If for whatever reason the link above isn't working for you the actual web address of the site is:

http://www.mypetskeleton.com

Ok back to figuring out the new site design.

Site of the Month : May

Ok so the site of the month is......

W3Schools

Ok so why is this site SOO great? Essentially it is a great resource for code and the like. It has tutorials and all that cool jazz on it. So say you can't remember some html code that you need to use for frames. You click on Learn HTML an then HTML Frames, BAM, your gonna find it somewhere. This site is good for a lot of the general stuff as far as web coding goes. On a side plug though, my friend meg also has a site:

http://www.meganday.com

It's nothing real fancy but, hey what use is paying for webhosting and posting a blog if you can't plug your friends websites', lol.

Site of the Month for June

Ok, since I have been trying to get the hang of CSS for other projects I got going on (somewhat including this website) I figured I'd post up a good website involving use of CSS.

MeyerWeb
http://www.meyerweb.com/

Basically this is a site run more or less by Eric Meyer. Meyer has written a ton of CSS books in the past, and basically on this site you can find all kinds of neat things involving CSS. For simplicity sake go to: http://www.meyerweb.com/eric/css/ , this is the portion of the site that illustrates different effects that one can implement using CSS.
